Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or something, but it was disappointing to see hardly any vegan options. For plant based, it shouldn’t me mostly vegetarian.

2 salads ain’t working for me - Edit
In an airport where meat eaters and vegetarians can get food in most places, can’t you introduce more vegan options please? I decided against the two salads they had as it was breakfast time. But I asked for a soy cappuccino and she just said they didn’t have any without suggestions of an alternative. It was on the menu. Oh well. Maybe one day terminal 1 will surprise me with a good vegan bakery
