Lots of vegan options - Edit
It’s quite healthy here with 5 vegan salads, 3 vegan desserts, and 1 dish you can warm up. Nothing is particularly grabbing me today though.

Was happy to find a pretty healthy option at the Eurostar terminal. Plenty of vegan options, all of which were clearly labelled. I found it to be very expensive for what it is (over 5€ for a small pot of grated carrot?!), but that’s probably to be expected in the terminal.

Relieved to find vegan option! - Edit
Was relieved to find something vegan in the Eurostar terminal as other outlets had nothing. Really wanted a baguette but there was only a nourish bowl and fruit available... this was late afternoon so may be better earlier. To be fair was very fresh and tasty so was a happier bunny😉
