Multiple vegan options; a bit hit or miss

We were traveling by car through Belgium and struggling to find adequate vegan options to eat. This is located at a shopping center close to the highway and offers a variety of "healthy foods" in ready-to-eat takeout containers. The coconut curry was very tasty, and the hummus-rice dish with edamame beans was ok. The asian-inspired rice dish with soy sauce was a bit salty. The two chia desserts were bland. Overall, it is a good alternative if you are on the move like we were, but pay attention to what you are choosing to eat.
