No vegan pastries - Edit
They don’t have any vegan pastries, but do offer a broad selection of plant based milks. They also offer smoothies, an açaí bowl, a vegan bagel, a vegan tofu salad and avocado toasts. The place is more of a work & study space than a regular coffee place. All the other patrons were busy on their laptops.

Tasty bagel - Edit
They had one savory vegan option which was a bagel with tofu, sundried tomatoes and avocado but I think they had a few more sweet options.
Read moreIt was tasty but the tofu could do with being a bit more seasoned.
The coffee was one of the best coffees I had in Rome and the service was also really good.
Pros: Good coffee, Good service
Cons: Could season the tofu

Absolutely worth a trip - Edit
First off, I’ve been craving a chai tea latte for the past month since I’ve been in Italy and Greece and though I’ve tried a few at different stops on my trip, I couldn’t find a good one. Then I found Ex Circus on our last stop of the trip! Not only do they have a phenomenal vanilla chai, but they have several different options that will meet the needs of all chai lovers😄They have several vegan milk options too and some wonderful foods. I tried their bagel with avocado, tofu, and sun dried tomato and it was AMAZING (and I don’t even like avocado). I wish I could give it a 5 star review but they have non-vegan items on the menu so I guess 4 is as good as they can get on here but still highly, highly recommend.

No vegan options - Edit
When we asked about vegan options they said they didn’t have anything.

Hi! I ate at their place twice while here in Rome and they had lots of vegan options - could’ve been they updated their menu but since it looks like you were here just a couple weeks ago I’m guessing it was a language barrier when you asked. They’ve got smoothies made with vegan milks and fruit, avocado toast, bagels with dairy free options, and they can make pretty much any drink with vegan milk alternatives (oat, soy, and almond were the options we were given).

Nice Breakfast - Edit
A few of us went for breakfast and everyone enjoyed their meals. I got the bagel with avocado, tofu and sun-dried tomatoes. Nice for a fairly quick breakfast but it can get busy so that may not always be the case.
