Great food but Pricey - Edit
I have visited this cute little shop multiple times! I always get the same thing their nachos I promise you they are DIVINE!! Im not sure how she does it but the freshness and crispness of the mixture is amazing! Since this is a raw vegan restaraunt i go every now and again because they are pretty pricey expect to pay anywhere between $10-$18 for an entree and desserts $7-$14.
Pros: great nachos and run by an actual wholistic physic, shop is fresh and freindly

Surprise spot in the middle of nowhere! - Edit
Eve's is way off the beaten path of most travelers... we found it using our Happy Cow app while traveling south. We stopped in late in the day for a smoothie made with cocao and mesquite powder - it was tasty and get us through our next few hours on the road.
