Growth potential

I stopped here and got a lunch to go back in August. The eggplant sandwich and side dish was really flavorful and well prepared. Prices were reasonable. And the couple (I think they are a couple) who run the place are just the sweetest, most genuinely nice people you will ever meet. I wish I could have got to know them better, but I was in a hurry.

Pros: Delicious, Fast, Nice people

Cons: Inside a mall food court

Yummy, healthy, and cheap

I love the tofu zuchini casserole and the tofu tomato sandwiches.

Great Selection and Taste

I found the food really fresh and delicious. A nice variety of food including desserts and cookies; everything tasty and nutritious. Yes, it's a little more expensive than the rest of the food stalls in the mall because the other food stalls are junk food chains (like A&W and Dairy Queen), but you get what you pay for. I'm going to become a regular.

Pros: variety, taste, desserts

Hippie food!

The food tasted like Food Not Bombs food. It was definitely hippie fare. But I don't mind a little fresh earthy beany whole grain filled food once in a while, and it sure beats everything else at the mall. It's a little more pricey than the rest of the mall food, but at least it's filling.

They have quinoa. At least they did when I went. I love quinoa. I highly recommend you ask for a taste of anything before you buy it, though. They're happy to give you a sample, and some of the foods there have a bit of heat to them.
