Growth potential - Edit
I stopped here and got a lunch to go back in August. The eggplant sandwich and side dish was really flavorful and well prepared. Prices were reasonable. And the couple (I think they are a couple) who run the place are just the sweetest, most genuinely nice people you will ever meet. I wish I could have got to know them better, but I was in a hurry.
Pros: Delicious, Fast, Nice people
Cons: Inside a mall food court
mmmm - Edit
i've been going for years.
the food is great, anyone who calls it "hippie" food isn't vegan, they aren't used to high fibre nutritionally dense foods.
i love the sandwiches. hot food is perfect~ it's always ready to eat.
service is loving.
Pros: good prices, good service
Cons: only open when the mall is

Great Selection and Taste - Edit
I found the food really fresh and delicious. A nice variety of food including desserts and cookies; everything tasty and nutritious. Yes, it's a little more expensive than the rest of the food stalls in the mall because the other food stalls are junk food chains (like A&W and Dairy Queen), but you get what you pay for. I'm going to become a regular.
Pros: variety, taste, desserts

Great Healthy Lunch Option - Edit
This stall is by far the best in the mall. I don't know what the other review was suggesting by comparing it to food not bombs, but it is a food court stall, not a restaurant. And they have that concept down pat. Everything here is very fresh, healthy, and the people working have a great energy. Best veg option in the area!!!
AWESOME! - Edit
I went to Blanche Macdonald (which is in the same mall) for 10 months and ate here pretty much everyday. They have hot home made 'hippie' food every day its great. The couple that owns it are awesome and so cute! Things that are awesome here are:
All the cookies, all the flavours of 'cheese'cake, Split pea soup, potato patties, millet balls (with gravy so good) Thai rice salad, Lentil and cauliflower something. Theres much more but I forget. They offers different things everyday and its awesome. Lots of bakes and stews and soups and baked items all cooked fresh daily!
Pros: YUMMY homemade!, Good prices, very vegan and fresh
Cons: cash only

Hippie food! - Edit
The food tasted like Food Not Bombs food. It was definitely hippie fare. But I don't mind a little fresh earthy beany whole grain filled food once in a while, and it sure beats everything else at the mall. It's a little more pricey than the rest of the mall food, but at least it's filling.
They have quinoa. At least they did when I went. I love quinoa. I highly recommend you ask for a taste of anything before you buy it, though. They're happy to give you a sample, and some of the foods there have a bit of heat to them.
