Best vegan brunch in Madison - Edit
This is my all time favorite brunch spot. Absolutely delicious food and drinks. Nice atmosphere. I do wish they would change up their menu more often and add more veg options, but its still my favorite. Photos coming soon!

Excellent vegan options! - Edit
A good number of vegan options on the menu, as well as dishes that can be made vegan. The waitress asked if there were any allergies or dietary restrictions when she took our order. I had the So-Cal Grain Bowl made vegan with added tofu. It was super good! I also ordered a side of fries which were perfect! I loved the atmosphere here and had a hard time deciding between quite a few menu items that sounded great. I would love to come back again!

Vegan options, underwhelming taste - Edit
Cute restaurant, and gotta give them points for having TWO vegan desserts, neither of which was sorbet. My entree, mushroom Vesuvius was a little underwhelming taste wise, and the thai eggplant tofu appetizer was good, but had just slightly too much going on. Overall a pretty good meal, but I probably wouldn’t go back.

Nice spot! - Edit
Enjoy coming here and sitting outside on their patio. Several vegan items on the menu including appetizers, main dishes, and dessert. Everything is clearly labeled. We had the oyster mushroom vesuvio, black bean burger, avacado toast and so-cal grain bowl. All were tasty and hit the spot.

Helpful Staff and good food! - Edit
This restaurant was quite good and the atmosphere was very cute. My burrito was good but the smashed fried potatoes were absolutely amazing!! All vegan items are marked, however I did ask for a side of toast and they let me know it wasn't vegan, I may have read the menu wrong but it did seem as though it was indeed marked vegan so you may want to double check just to be safe. They were very helpful though and offered a different option for toast.

they get it - Edit
Everything on the menu is labeled as vegan, or if it can be adapted. The food here is prepared with care for each ingredient. I really WANT to give them 4 stars, because the effort is there... and the service is lovely. But only ONE menu item really makes me swoon - the squash and forbidden rice curry is so silky and sexy. The blueberry matcha latte was also delicious - ordered with almond milk, it tastes like Fruit Loops (in the best sense). But some of their other items, when ordered "amended," like their salads and bowls, can feel like there is something missing (because there is). The chocolate pudding had chunks of avocado and fibers in it, and would be better if blended smooth. Still, it is nice to have all of the options. I haven't had their black bean burger yet, and it looks delicious when it is walking past my table... Perhaps I will change to 4 stars after sampling that.

Excellent brunch! - Edit
What a great place. They have excellent brunch options for vegans and a lot of menu items that you wouldn’t think could be made vegan which are marked as veganizable (ex: they’ll swap fish for tofu in their bahn mi sandwich; a lot of egg dishes can have tofu scramble swapped in) and the menu often marks a DOWNCHARGE for getting an item made veg.

Also has cute, covered outdoor seating that is dog-friendly, if you’re traveling with your pooch. Outdoor seating is heated if it is cold out.

Local Favorite - Edit
We always find something yummy in the small plates, which are our favorites. Brussel sprouts, carrots and kimchi, sautéed broccoli and samosas.

Not So Veg Friendly - Edit
Disappointed in the amount of vegan offerings, for a “veg friendly” restaurant. Butternut Squash & Forbidden Rice Curry is tasty.

delicious! - Edit
This is one of my favorite spots in Madison. Decent selection of vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu. Friendly staff and a cute patio with outdoors seating. Recommend the NorCal Sandwich and the chilaques!
