Great meal for on the go

We did the build your own bowls. Lots of good options - avocado, tofu, beans, hummus, veggies, pickles, clearly marked vegan sauces. Fresh, tasty, and quick! Perfect airport lunch.

Good option for a quick meal at the airport

I needed to grab a quick lunch before boarding a flight and this fit the bill. I had a seasonal grain bowl option called “soy meets world” which was the only vegan option on the menu. However, this place is very vegan friendly as you can just build your own wrap, salad or grain bowl. They have tons of veggies. The only protein toppers I saw were tofu and nuts. They also have quinoa as one of the grain options.
