There aren't many vegan options but the ones I tried (miso soup with tofu and the vegan dragon roll) were delicious.

Proper sushi, some choice - Edit
There were a couple of vegan options (not many, but at least some). Sushi was good, not the best I’ve ever had but I definitely enjoyed it. Affordable in comparison to sushi in my home country (Netherlands), but relatively expensive for Croatia.

Amazing vegan sushi - Edit
The owner’s sister apparently is vegan. I had very tasty vegan spring rolls and two différent Tiger roll versions as a main course. The food is very fresh and extremely tasty. The owner knows what he is doing and has a great team behind him. Strongly recommended!

We waited over an hour for our food to come. the sushi rolls was tastless and fell apart, the waiter was not nice at all. wouldn't recommend this place at all

The restaurant is quite expensive though, offers delivery. Miso soup (EDIT: reported not vegan after all), tempura veggies and all sorts of vegan sushi are very tasty though.
