Such a lovely friendly little cafe in Souris - Edit
If you are in Souris PEI and especially if you are taking the 5 hour ferry to Isles de la Madeleine-avoid the food on the ferry and go to Evergreen Cafe. It is a wow. Delicious homemade soups (get the soup!!!) and they always have a veg one. Southwest salad bowl (with veggies and beans and quinoa) was so good we ordered it again when we returned on the ferry.

They have a small seating area and a lovely outdoor patio. Nice clean bathroom. Service was great. Super friendly and fast. We were staying close by for a few days and went back 3 times. Don’t miss it when In Souris!
