Best Indian in STP - Edit
Everest is one of my favorite places in STP, even though they serve meat. Fair number of vegan options, good sized portions, friendly staff. Prices have gone up quite a bit recently.

Delicious Nepali cuisine - Edit
Tons of vegan, vegetarian options. Mildly spiced Nepali cuisine, a little different from typical Indian restaurant fare. Momo appetizers are recommended. Dinners and lunch buffets are solid.

Delicious with clear vegan labels - Edit
Fantastic Nepali/Indian food, with a clear section of vegan options PLUS all the other items on the menu (like the apps) labelled if they are vegans. We loved the tofu curries and the steamed dumplings. I would go back because there are so many vegan options, even with three people we didn't try them all! I think over a dozen vegan dishes. Super flavorful food, great service. Definitely worth stopping in!

Tofu pakora and veg momos! - Edit
I absolutely love the tofu pakora here! There are vegan labels to help with ordering and everything I’ve had here is delicious! Their appetizer of thin bread (papad?) with crispy spicy beans is delicious and vegan then my other favorites are the veg momos or any of the vegan curries. They also have vegan roti bread

Nepali Vegan Haven - Edit
Get the veg momos! Nepali food has always been a friend to vegans & this restaurant is no different. It’s a cool spot. The lunch buffet is a must if you don’t want to break the budget. They also clearly label vegan options.

best indian/nepalese food in the cities - Edit
Clearly labeled menu with a good amount if vegan options. Pakora and samosas are delicious and they have a bunch of vegan curries. No vegan desserts yet, but the portions are so generous you won't have room anyway. Add delivery please!

5 stars! (they don't let u pick 5 if not fully veg) - Edit
They are plenty of delicious vegan options & the food is incredible!! Try the veggie momos! They were the highlight, but also their dosa is one of the best I've had. The noodle soup (thukpa) & jackfruit curry were unbelievably flavorful! We also tried the chau-chau which was amazing as well. They have vegan roti too. You can't go wrong here!

Very nice! - Edit
I had heard the service was slow, and it was a little bit slow, but not terrible. I had a coupon "reward" from restaurant.com, and decided to try it. We got 1/2 price, and that's a great deal. Word in your ear, don't order "hot" thinking that it's going to be medium like most restaurants! My sis got hot noodles, and could not even finish them - even though she loves hot food. They're in her freezer now. Everything else (ordered medium) was really great. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Very good - Edit
Everest serves a consistently good lunch buffet, and at times has one of the tastiest soups I have ever eaten. They fry vegetarian items separately from meat dishes.
