Great option for road trip

We were on a cross-country trip and stopped off here. Most of the menu is vegan (with the exception of whey, honey, and bee pollen), and they even advertised a vegan ice cream cookie sandwich. We had a bowl with granola, peanut butter, and fruit, which was refreshing on a hot day. The servings are big enough to share.

Pros: Healthy options in an area with few vegan choices, Fast service, Fresh and tasty
