OK - Edit

One of the places where you just get an unwilling "No!" as answer when you ask for vegan dishes...
If you insist, and ask again three times, it turns out that there actually are some vegan options as well.
The food tasted OK but nothing special, the juice even tasted nice.
A good option if you are hungry and just need something to eat.

Pros: Fast

Cons: Unwilling Staff, Mediocre Quality

great super cheap eats in santiago - Edit

went on a weekday at around 1pm, the place was packed out, with a line up right out the door. it is cafeteria style, with a set price for 3 or 4 items (about 5 or 6 bucks) lots of food, and a good number of vegan items. they also have fresh juices and desserts. some of the dishes are chinese style, and the food is more flavourful than alot of other places in chile. a great place fod a good deal on lunch!

Pros: good prices, vegan options, exellent food

Cons: only open 12-4, crowded, noisy
