Community minded - Edit
Even Stevens is a community minded sandwich shop that has at least two vegan items on the menu - a jackfruit torta and hummaizing vegan. We ordered sloppy tinas - a vegan version of sloppy joes. The lunch was good. The decor, with a car theme, is amusing. Even Stevens is part of a small chain.

Great choice in St. George! - Edit
Even Stevens is a great choice if you are in St. George. They have an excellent vegan breakfast burrito - served all day. Also, a couple of vegan sandwiches and some appetizers. Open late.
