Good options

It's no longer open btw it has closed its doors. It did have a decent humus sandwich but very few vegan options

One of my go to spots in Logan

Always loved this place when I lived here. Good veggie options, and it's a fun place to be.

Cool Vibe

Visiting from California it was great to discover Even Stevens!
They seemed proud of there vegan menu options and were happy to modify anything else on the menu to make it vegan. Nice big spacious old urban vibe for a LDS town in the mountains.
Nice people too.

Pros: Helpful staff, delicious vegan options!

Cons: Not enough fully vegan options.

Chain-like, but the food is okay!

Okay options, but not a lot of variety. You can be lucky to catch a local band playing music some nights!

Worth it if you're vegan

The hummazing vegan was truly scrumptious! Didn't feel like a poor man's substitute at all! 😄Five stars for the taste, but it was on the expensive side for what you actually get.
A few of the sides were sold out/unavailable, so ordered the side of potato chips (they're made in-house and are vegan!) but wouldn't do so again - as an Aussie, I was expecting fries not crisps😒 The side of salad or crisps is free with your sandwich, but you have to pay more to choose any of the other available sides (some are vegan).
My husband had a non-vegetarian sandwich which he said was tasty, but overpriced. They had run out of the dressing that was supposed to go on it, so offered two different dressing alternatives, but only after we had already paid and were waiting at our table.
The waitress was lovely and offered helpful advice when asked, service was prompt and the premises was clean with lots of seating. There are three vegan items and some vegetarian items, all of which are marked on the menu. But if you want to see what you're ordering is going to look like, jump online to their website where they have pictures- much more helpful if you're a visual person :)

Pros: Three vegan items. Mine was delicious!! , Free salad or potato crisps with sandwich., Great service staff with helpful advice

Cons: Overpriced. Only worth it if you're vegan or veg. , Ran out of staple menu items... disappointing.
