Big vegan Choice - Edit
At Ferragosto (Mid of August) you'll find that most restaurants and bars are closed (even the vegan ones). Eva's Corner saved us on a hot day, serving delicious vegan hamburgers, spaghetti, sandwiches. They also have many vegan cakes/cookies and delicious cappuccini (with almond, coconut, rice and soy milk).
We appreciated that they only had 2 non-veg dishes (hamburger with ham and lasagne), the rest is vegetarian and mostly vegan!
For 21€ we had: 2 main dishes (burger and hot panino with salad), water, 2 cakes and 2 cappuccini.
Pros: Big, unexpensive vegan Choice, Central, easy to find, Very nice people
Cons: could be a bit spicer for a better taste experienc
