Heel eerlijk ben ik nog nooit bij ETN zelf geweest, maar heb ik hen eten uitgeprobeerd bij de Yoga & brunch die zij organiseerden in het park. De tafel was ontzettend leuk gedekt en gaf Alice in Wonderland vibes. Met het eten had ze rekening gehouden met dat ik glutenvrij eet, erg fijn! Vooral de RAW taartjes waren helemaal mijn ding.

One of our favorite spots - Edit
We love to come here to have lunch, grab a cake, or even have a high tea. Last time we couldn't even finish the high tea because we got so many lovely things to eat. We never leave here feeling peckish. It's great to have a place where you aren’t limited in what you can eat. Next to that the people are very friendly and are always willing to explain things.

And, as you can see in the picture, they are beautiful as well. When we had our appointment to discuss the cakes, they spent a lot of time helping with the right decorations for our theme and as we wanted a forest vibe with a lot of plants and flowers, we got it.
It's often quite busy, but who can blame that, because the food,the vibe and the people are great!

Read moreUpdate May 2025: We gave it another try and went for the high tea. The restaurant was crowded and very noisy and the staff was overwelmed, but maybe we should not have come in on a (rainy) bank holiday. On the other hand, we saw the owner going home for the day during rush hour so that was probably not the smartest choice either.
The cakes (coffee cake, red velvet, cheese cake with red fruit and cinnamon rolls) look nice, but aren't all as tasty as they look. The cinnamon rolls were probably the best next to the red velvet (really velvetty). The savoury dishes were a lentil soup (nice, but luke warm) and a small wrap with some soy chunks and sauce. For drinks, we chose warm chocolat milk, wich was also luke warm and some local tea which took a very long time to arrive at our table.

Next to the really cozy ambiance the owner and her staff are amazing. Just that personal touch and sincere smile makes you want to come back. And the come the pies! Really delicious and so fluffy and moist! Would absolutely recommend the poké bowl and for sure to hire them for your catering 🤤
