Cold Cappuccino

I asked for a cappuccino with oat milk at the bar, was told that should not be a problem, but was also told to sit down and wait for the waitress . The waitress then told me that they had soy milk, only, which was fine for me.
What I got, was a cold coffee with lots of milk, but no foam. And it was ice cold. I complained at the bar and was told „yes, that’s because you ordered oat milk!“ „you cannot heat it?“ „no.“
