Vegan starters but no good main

Hummus is nice. And vegan cheese platter is tasty and very welcome. Delighted to find two decent dishes and sadly rare in Sardegna. Especially rare to find any plant-based dish based on nuts, beans or chickpeas, as easy as you might think this is in Italy.

Vegan dish ordered from burger section of the menu was an immense disappointment- basically wet lettuce in a bun. There was some bbq sauce - waiter said homemade so it seemed hopeful but wasn’t tasty. Was told the veggie burger wasn’t vegan, so no burger patty. Should be easy to have a vegan burger - either kept in freezer for rare orders or just mash up beans with some spice and seasoning.

Really hoped for better provision from restaurant named Ético.

Cons: Vegan ‘burger’ menu option - no patty only lettuce, No other vegan options, No plant protein, eg beans, for main course

Si può migliorare ma è interessante

Il locale affaccia su una bella piazzetta.
In menu è presente una opzione vegana: burger di verdure con patatine fritte.
I sapori sono ottimi, gli ingredienti di alta qualità. Ma in totale onestà non credo sia corretto mettere i contorni del giorno dentro ad un panino, accompagnarlo con patate e farlo pagare la stessa cifra dei burger di carne (16 euro).
Abbiamo letteralmente mangiato pane e verdure. Buonissime, non lo nego. Ma il costo secondo me non è adeguato.

Pros: Ingredienti di qualità , Gentilezza

Cons: Prezzo troppo alto per il piatto vegano, I contorni del giorno vengono messi in un panino
