Good option, not great. - Edit
I’ve been to Ethereal plenty of times over the past several years I’ve lived in the area. My favorite item on their menu is their strawberry fields matcha, which they typically only make seasonally.
Read moreThe staff is constantly changing; I’ve heard from many former servers and baristas that this is not an ideal work environment. Do with that what you will. 
The staff is also not very knowledgeable about veganism. On several occasions, multiple baristas have told me that all of their chocolate is vegan if I consider honey to be vegan. I really wish there was more education regarding the vegan lifestyle, especially for a coffeehouse that prides itself on its vegan options. 
Regarding their vegan options aside from their chocolate, it’s nothing to write home about. Their breakfast sandwich is most likely microwaved and not very flavorful. Their avocado toast is also nothing special. Yet both of these menu items are very overpriced. Unfortunately, the few times I frequent this cafe, I stick with just a drink. 
A few times, I’ve had my Matcha made incorrectly. I try not to make a fuss, but I absolutely had to say something about an undrinkable $12 purchase. When my husband went in to get me a new one, the barista was very frustrated with him. We didn’t appreciate that. 
However, the strawberry fields matcha is such a wonderful drink that I tend to look the other way regarding my discrepancies with the café. My husband also loves their lattes, and I also love their nutty almond cream tea. Their vegan chocolate options are plentiful, and I am grateful that such a place exists.

Best Chocolate Treat Ever - Edit
Cool vibe, helpful friendly staff, amazing creative truffle flavors were all plant-based chocolates. The Peppermint Patty iced tea latte with macadamia milk was the best iced latte I’ve ever had. Great place to relax and chill with some really awesome treats. Food is also available with some vegan options clearly marked on menu. We WILL be back for more.

New location = more vegan treats - Edit
I've been popping into the next location about every week or so just to grab coffee and was so delighted at how they've stepped up their vegan pastry game! Used to be just 1-2 options, and now I've been seeing at least 4 options more regularly. Hope they keep it up, the chocolate and beverages are always great and they always have oat milk handy!

Cozy and delicious - Edit
Love this place so much. The staff are extremely friendly. They offer multiple non-dairy options for their hot chocolate (and coffee/tea). Almost all of their chocolates are vegan. It's a must visit spot in Woodstock.

Had the Avocado toast, Vegan quiche, oatmeal, coffee, cinnamon roll and a vegan scone. Beautiful and unique space and friendly staff. Took some chocolate options to go: Vegan fudge and a variety of chocolate balls, all delicious

Great place to enjoy a nice variety of teas, including matcha tea. There are also some vegan bakery options to eat with an organic coffee.

I wish I lived here! - Edit
Excellent Coffee with Vegan and GF food. We had the chocolate cake, but would love to come back and try their many other vegan/ GF options. Cozy and friendly atmosphere. It was full of all ages of people from varied backgrounds.

They know their chocolates - Edit
After we ordered our chocolate cake, our server delivered to us instead of the bad news that they were out of the ganache for it. She tried to think of alternatives, but nothing came to mind. She could see how much we were looking forward to it though, and set out to see what she could do. It turns out the owner was around and told her how with enough patience, she could make up a another topping. I wish I could remember better how she said she did it, because a fine cake it certainly made!
