Truly an 5 ⭐️ find!

Esther’s rice rice baby bowl with tofu is vegan happiness. My second visit, Brittany suggested the tofu on the steak bowl as substitute and it’s my new favorite!! Great find in Florence, Alabama

Tasty food, nice location

Just in town for a visit and wanted to try Esther's after reading the previous review. The building is located near the roundabout at the intersection of Huntsville Road and Royal Ave, with easy access and street parking available. The building is in a block of buildings, some of which appear to have been restored. Outside is very nice, inside is very clean and bright.

The woman working the counter was friendly and explained that I could make my own plate or bowl by choosing the base (romaine, spinach, or rice) and then adding two sides and a protein. They also have a few "signature" bowls, only one of which is vegan.

I chose a spinach base with soba noodles, shredded brussels and marinated tofu as the protein. It would be nice if they also offered a tempeh option instead of just tofu. I selected the tahini-miso dressing for the topping. The other vegan options for the day were lentils and roasted carrots, both of which looked very good as well.

Overall, the food was extremely fresh and tasty. I sat at the lunch counter in the window and ate. They also have a couple of outside tables available.

I would definitely go back and try some of their other sides. They also offer a large selection of smoothies.

Adorable Eatery!

Super cute place with delicious food! Food is already prepared and assembled in front of you at a “bar.” The owner was knowledgeable and eager to help us choose items that fit our dietary preferences. The interior is modern, bright, and clean. I’m from out of town, but will definitely be stopping by any time I’m in the area. Prices are on the higher end of what I’m willing to pay for this style of food/service, but was definitely worth it in my opinion.

Pros: Kind Owner, Tasty Food, Cute Exterior & Interior

Cons: Short Hours , Serves Animal Flesh
