An organic, all-natural, vegan cafe located inside Condell Centre Club fitness center, specializing in whole food, plant-based dishes. Offers juices and smoothies to order as well as grab & go including soups, sandwiches, bowls, salads, coconut yoghurt parfaits, cookies, and other sweets. Meal plans are available. Reported fully vegan August 2023. Open Mon-Fri 9:00am-3:00pm, Sat 9:00am-2:00pm. Closed Sun.

His weekly specials are always out of this world good and his meal plans where you can order in advance and pick up makes eating healthy during the week much easier. Superb vegan cafe and caterers - Edit
Essential Kitchen recently provided the food for a celebratory event at our home. The food was superb. They were great at accommodating our request for it to be wheat and grain free. The menu was innovative. There was plenty of choice and quantity. Our guests loved it and we can't wait to have them back! They took all the pressure out of hosting. Great value for money. Great service.

Yummy healthy food (seriously) - Edit
Sometimes healthy food is yummy because it tastes fresh, light and healthy. Other times, it's yummy because it is yummy regardless of the fact it's healthy. That's Essential Kitchen. I tried their 'Egg Roll Bowl' which was basically all the insides of an egg roll without the won ton wrapper. Tasted like a Pad Thai without the noodles. Full of protein too with tofu scramble, nuts and an almond butter satay sauce. Couldn't resist getting a blueberry pie bar for dessert. This one I savored at home with a hot cup of tea, and lingered on every bite of robust blueberry flavor and buttery crumble underneath. Not too sweet while not lacking sweetness. Just perfect.
