Serves meat, vegan options available. Hotel restaurant with a cooking style that embraces the essence of local cuisine while incorporating Caribbean and Latin influences. Vegan/vegetarian items labeled with highlights such as: oyster mushroom ceviche, chayote squash chili soup, fresh hearts of palm salad, Haitian legume, chickpea cauliflower kale curry, coconut milk grits. Plenty of vegan sides, and most salads can be vegan by omitting cheese. Open Mon-Thu 11:30am-10:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-11:00pm.

An amazing dining experience - Edit

Chef Julie Frans' creativity and deep understanding of food pairing, favors, and textures is welcoming to anyone who lives a plant-based lifestyle, but loves diversity in food. The menu has clearly designated vegetarian and vegan choices and goes beyond the common tofu entrée. Also has excellent dessert selections. Just a few notations that I’m inclined to share:
The Oyster Mushroom Ceviche…creative, delicious and competition ready.
The Haitian Legume…perfect pairing of vegetables and grains.
Chickpea Cauliflower kale Curry… I’m still thinking about this and have had cravings for more since having it.
Coconut Milk Grits…as a southern boy I can vouch that these are truly exceptional.

Pros: The executive chef Julie Frans' is exceptional , beautiful and elegant decor with friendly staff, strong knowledge of vegan, gluten-free ingredients

Cons: none
