The everything bagel was fresh and tasty. The only option for a topping was plain tofu, which was tasty. $7 for a bagel with cream cheese.

I had a multigrain bagel with tofu cream cheese and it was soft and delicious. They have all the varieties you'd expect - sesame, puppy, everything, multigrain, cinnamon raisin and more.

we were nervous to order because we had specific orders and it was 7am on christmas day in the airport. to our surprise, the cashier was incredible. she was very receptive of what we wanted and spent extra time adding in details for the other employees who make the orders despite there being a line. she was also efficient and very kind. i got an everything bagel double - toasted with plain tofu cream cheese and sliced tomatoes. we were shocked watching the man who was making our order. he was especially focused on our order and paid very close attention to every detail. we usually only see this at restaurants after lying about an allergy to ensure no non - vegan ingredients are carelessly added -- however, we didnt do this here and he still paid extremely close attention to everything. this is my new standard lol. our bagels were delicious and u could srsly taste the love. havent had a bagel from essa since two years before going vegan and this tasted better than ever despite them not having the bakery in the back of the restaurant. highly, highly recommend. thank u all for the wonderful customer service despite it being 7am, in an airport, and on christmas day. we felt so welcome💗
