No Black Beans??? - Edit
For a restaurant that has had not one, but two chances to prove itself, Espadin has fallen way short of expectations.

I asked them what else they could suggest in the way of food for vegetarians like nachos or something, but their rice is cooked with chicken stock, the refried beans have lard in them and I’m suspect that even their tortillas are not vegetarian friendly.
Not going to risk this place again.
Pros: Proximity to hotel, Wide selection of adult beverages
Cons: Not vegetarian friendly at all, Curt staff

Delicious mushroom tacos - Edit
A great option in an area where it can be hard to find good vegan food. The mushroom tacos were delicious! The burrito wasn’t that great. Margaritas were also a hit!

Ok so, the mushroom tacos *taste* great. However , they come as one big fat mushroom on top of a tortilla. Can't eat it as is, had to play rippy bits with the mushroom so I could eat it.

Get the vegan sopes. The tacos are decent but not as good. They have a great location and outdoor seating, it's a fun place to stop at with friends right in the main drag of Old Town Temecula.
