A macrobiotic with a taste of Colombia - Edit

Is a restaurant macrobiotic in a stricter way but with some flexibility to the environment of Bogotá, so with some more flavors and spices from here.
The place is simple but very clean and silent, almost meditative. The food is precisely healthy, cooked in an artesanal maner and delicious but if you are used to eat much sugar, fat and meet you may not like much.
Many of the customers are people that already know the macrobiotic and frequent the place for years. But the place is friendly and welcoming and opened for those who want to learn about cooking and healthy makers of living.

Pros: Health and delicious food, Affordable place, Cost

Cons: Place is simple

Kind of an average experience - Edit

I got there at 1245pm on a Saturday and there were no other customers there. I was reluctant to stay, but decided to at least try it out. The meal of the day is 11.000 pesos as of December 2012, and the portions aren't very large. The flavors were OK, but I didn't think it was a good value. No dessert included with the meal, and the only drink offered was hot tea. In my humble opinion, there is much better value waiting at other restaurants in the same neighborhood. Perhaps if there had been some more people, or if they at least had music playing, it would have been a more inviting place to eat. The guy who works there said they've been open for over 20 years, so I guess they're doing something right. Once was enough for me. If you go, the entry door is behind a black gate. Closest Transmilenio stations are Calle 57 or Calle 63.

Pros: Flavor OK

Cons: Price and value, Unattractive dining room
