not as good value - Edit
they took over the old real food daily. the new decor is not my style and the artwork of jagger missing gandhi is plain weird. the food I got was pretty good but was kind of disappointed there is no bowl on the menu. also for the price the amount is food you get is not much.
Pros: vegan
Cons: not Good value for what you get

Fusion flavors - Edit
Read about this place on Happycow. It's a plant based restaurant which sits in the former space of the long established but shut Real Food Daily. The new owners changed up the decor, added curtains. It has 2 section: a quick service deli & baked treats area and a sit-down full service area. I've eaten here a few times - was just here late December 2016. Here's my Erven review update.
Once for lunch where my friend and I opted for the informal seating area of the deli. From the salad case we choose a 3-item combo + we got 2 of the prepared (ready made) sandwiches. Overall the food was okay. The sweet potato sandwich had interesting flavor and the smashed cucumber cold dish was good and savory.
Twice we came for dinner and ordered a bunch of dishes to share. The menu offers interesting combinations of different flavors: Asian, Thai, Korean, American. We've tried much of the menu, in fact.
I did not like these main entrees; they just tasted kinda weird: the kale cavatelli (pasta) in thai curry sauce; noodles like ramen; Korean cabbage pancake.
The battered fried tofu sandwich was okay but I didn't like the overwhelming taste of balsalmic dressing on the buns; a vegan mayonaise or tartar or ranch would suit better in my opinion.
Here are the small plates I liked and would recommend: roasted carrots and crispy lentils with coconut sorbet (a must try, even though I don't like cooked carrots this dish was a surprise); sweet corn cakes with harissa sauce; tempura sweet potato; sweet potato and rice nori roll.
Overall, I think the flavors are ambitious and experimental with some success.
Mood-wise, the space feels more open and airy when they open the curtains.
Dinner music could be softer.

Okay - Edit
The menu items were creative, but the food itself was bland. The staff was nice, but tried a little to hard to convince me how great everything was. RFD was much better and is worth the drive to West Hollywood. I want to like this place, so I may try again.
Pros: Creative menu selection, Location

Vegan Foodie Euphoria! - Edit
This place is incredible. It's not "vegan" food, it's just good food! Definitely order the dates, they were our fav! Also had the sauerkraut donuts, green spaghetti, chickpea fritters, and bread pudding. All so yum! It's a little pricey, and the servings are small fine dining, so plan your finances accordingly.

wonderful - Edit
I stopped in for a late lunch with a friend. She ordered the baby kale salad and I got the Philly sandwich. Both were excellent. The Philly was made with mushrooms on a pretzel bun and was beautifully served with a slaw type salad. We chatted with the manager who also gave us a cinnamon roll to try. Delicious! Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more dishes. So glad another vegan restaurant took over the old RFD space.
Pros: tasty and beautiful, nice staff

This Place is Vegan - Edit
This place is vegan and delicious.
Has both a lunch option with ready made sandwiches and a dinner type of sit down set up.
A little expensive if you want something more than a single plate.
Pros: options, fast lunch or sit down, delicious
Cons: pricey

Fantastic experience! We shared four salads: Baby Kale, Avocado & Beets, Israeli, and Grain. Staff was very helpful and upbeat. Great options and great attitude. Very pleased!
