Confusing but good - Edit
So the guy took our order and said he didn’t know what vegan meant . He tried to tell me I can’t have soy sauce when I asked if the dish had oyster sauce or if they could make the lo mein vegan he said no. So I ordered the eggplant and tofu and that’s what it’s literally called on the menu and they brought out a chicken and shrimp thing . This was after I had a whole conversation explained it means no animal products no egg fish etc. then the chef brought the dish out and it was shrimp and chicken and eggplant ! I told him I ordered the eggplant and TOFU and he corrected it and brought the right dish right away!! The chef was easier to communicate wish and seemed to have a better understanding . The food was good but have to be very clear and just try to talk to the chef instead about your allergies! Cuz the guy taking orders seemed absolutely clueless!

Bad.... Be aware!!! - Edit
The owner/server of this place was VERY rude and simply did not want to serve me and made me spend a very embarrassing moment when he told me to get out , when I asked him why he only said that he had his reasons. I will not return to this restaurant and I know I am not the only person that this man treated badly.

Beware!!! - Edit
My partner and I decided on Eric’s Asian Café for dinner. When asking about the ingredients in different dishes, the waiter/owner told us “to find a different restaurant.” I have traveled all over the world ordering plant based foods and I have never experienced something so deliberately disrespectful. Beware!

Delicious Meal - Edit
Staying overnight at Idaho Springs. Looking for food to satisfy. Staying next door, appreciate the short walk in the cold. Friendly greeting and then fast ordering. Food arrives soon and freshly cooked. We had the Thai Peanut Curry wi vegetables, Tofu Singapore Noodles and Tofu Kung Po. All delicious. Highly recommended
