Elegant vegan friendly option in the Pisa city center - Edit
We found this place through the Michelin Guide. It was the only listed restaurant in central Pisa. There was no mention of vegan options on the menu anywhere online, but since the name included the word "erba", we decided to take a chance and sent them an email😄They replied saying they had a vegan option in each category of the menu, so we went.
Read moreNothing was explicitly labeled on the menu, but they indeed have several vegan dishes, and the staff was well-informed and helpful. Everything we ate was delicious. The atmosphere was elegant and the service was friendly. Although thr prices were on the expensive side, we went for a special occasion and left very satisfied.
