Cena accogliente

È stata una cena molto rilassante. Ci ero andata da sola dopo il roll fest ed è stata una coccola dopo lunghe camminate. Lo staff è sempre gentile e il cibo vegano è molto particolare e interessante. Mi incuriosisce molto la diversità di ogni piatto di opzione vegana e I gusti sono salutari e innovativi. Diciamo che la prima volta pensavo che fosse totalmente vegano quindi ne ero rimasta delusa, e diciamo che il piatto di farro che avevo preso pensavo fosse più abbondante e ben servito. Però ho preso una bottiglia di analcolico alla mela del Trentino ed era succoso e rinfrescante. Comunque è stata una esperienza diciamo abbastanza piacevole e l'ambiente è molto colorato e particolare. Anche il bagno che si affaccia in alto. Una dello staff mi ha anche regalato una candela gialla che stavo guardando!!

* Bread dumplings with mixed wild greens, served with chickpea hummus and fermented beetroot – €13
* Summer Roll – Rice paper filled with seasonal vegetables, mixed wild greens and sweet-and-sour sauce – €15
* Fideuà with beans, potatoes, chipotle, vegetables cooked in jars (vasocottura) and at low temperature (CBT), carrot ketchup and blue maize crumble – €14
* Vegetable lasagnetta with chicory, sun-dried tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella – €15
* Aubergine mille-feuille with soft miso, nut sauce (peanuts and macadamias), and purslane salad – €16
“Amano” cactus, Pizzalis caciotta cheese and wild herbs – €16

* Fig leaf cutlet with potatoes and yoghurt (contains nuts) –
