Could easily go full vegan; vegan sells out fast every day - Edit
In the middle of town. The two vegan items are sold out quickly. They are delicious. Peaceful place. Around twelve seats outside and maybe twenty inside. The apple strudel looks wonderful but is not vegan; hard to understand since it can easily be made vegan like all other items there. Note all vegan items sell out immediately, be quick.

Only plastic-wrapped Muffins - Edit
Currently, the only vegan option was plastic-wrapped muffins. It‘s something, but nothing to special to look for. Nice place though.

Somewhat limited (but existing!) vegan choices - Edit
Well, apart from bread etc. they do have the two mentioned vegan items, the muffin and the crostata. The chocolate muffin was fine, very sweet, with a jam filling. Perfectly fine, of course, but not extremely special.
