Korean style poke or home meal in one plate

Epikore shows new style of enjoying Korean meal in one plate and it reminds me poke but Korean cuisine. A few ingredient such as kimchi is non-vegan. However almost every ingredients are vegan including meat alternatives.

3 main bowls and 3 side dishes (kongmul, buchu mandu, and kimbugak) at epikore - 에피코어 in Seoul

I choose meat alternative with dwenjang sauce (fermented soybean paste) & ordered Kimbugak (traditional fried seaweed) as side dish. Was pretty good at epikore - 에피코어 in Seoul

I made my own with corn rice & wemeet (their own meat alternative product) sweet sour fried chicken. at epikore - 에피코어 in Seoul

Summer special buckwheat noodle with separate sauce & side dishes. Kongmul (cold soy bean water) is a bit sweet. Buchu mandu (chive dumpling) with soy sauce were good. at epikore - 에피코어 in Seoul
