Best bakery in Gävle - Edit
Good choise of baked bread with no yeast (sourdough based). Only organic ingredients are used for food production in the cafe. Very friendly and professional staff. You can have a breakfast, lunch (hot vegetarian soups and sandwiches are served). Very tasty and fresh pastry.
Pros: fresh food, best bread , good staff
Cons: eggs are used for some buns
