Hit or miss?

I was happy to see several vegan options, but the one I chose (chili garlic rice cakes) had an oil slick floating on top. I had to order some bread just so I could eat a portion of it. Most of it was left on the plate. Such a shame, as it would have been a very nice dish if they’d reduced the oil by at least half.
