Voici le contenu du brunch (végétarien possible):
- un jus de fruit et légumes pressé à froid et minute devant vous, j’ai pris le "minty way" : un délice!
- une boisson chaude à volonté, pour le café on vous ramène carrément la French press individuelle 😉
- un plat chaud avec poulet, ou poisson ou légumes
le tout servi avec pain et viennoiseries à volonté

Pros: option vegan possible

Amazing

J’ai adoré l’ambiance, le staff, le produits de top qualité pour un prix plus que raisonnable. J’ai pris le tofu coco, une explosion de saveurs. Je reviendrai à coup sûr.

Nice Find

I was really pleasantly surprised by this place. I was apprehensive as they served meat but the guy behind the counter was really friendly and took the time to translate everything to my ignorant English self, then went out of his way to tailor something vegan for me. The food was really lovely, suitable to takeaway or eat in and the cold pressed juice was excellent. These are clearly people who take pride in what they do and are passionate about sharing it with others. They also have free wifi and phone charging ports which is very useful for passing tourists

They do it all

"Fast food" the way you want it to be. Vegan do it yourself dishes, friendly owners very invested in their Bises with a true love of the customer, they have lot of bio stuffs and work with a nutritionist (!)... and they have healhy and tasty breakfast options. They main downside would be and, will be even more later, the lunch crowd. That is the parisian medal of succes right there (and they openned 2 month ago).

Pros: Friendliness of the owners, The price, Quite bio friendly

Cons: Not all vegan, Not all bio, Not open in evening
