All-you-can-eat vegan buffet opened in early 2017. It is located on the top floor of a 5 floor commercial building. The signage on the building has the restaurant name in both English and Chinese characters. It is located a block from Walmart and across the street from the Hotel Laguna Gran Vista. It is also about two blocks from the Shennong Tower - Zhuzhou's version of the Eiffel Tower.

Super easy to find! - Edit
Amazing vegan buffet, must visit if you’re in Zhuzhou. Has noodle soups, dumplings, steamed buns, all the usual stuff (cauliflower, fried rice, noodles) and heaps of desserts!
Read moreWe came here for lunch and dinner, and paid 38 yuan all you can eat. I recommend that you get here early, as the first night we came at 7 and they were closing up by around 7.30.
Look for the light up easy vegan sign on the building, it’s a stand alone building just past the square. I believe they open at 11.30 for lunch, and 5.30 for dinner!
Pros: Heaps and heaps of yummy food, Easy to find (map is accurate-ish)

Excellent Vegan Buffet - Edit
Enjoy Vegan is an amazing find in the City of Zhuzhou. There is a wide variety of foods available including stir fry dishes, congee, salad, cut fruit, dim sum on a steam table, soup pre-served in individual bowls, and desserts. There was also an on-demand cook at a hot noodle and dumpling station. You could choose from a variety of noodles (wheat or rice), dumplings and a good selection of leafy greens. After the food was cooked, you had a chance to add condiments such as cilantro, scallions, chilies and soy sauce.
Read moreThe hot foods on the buffet line were the highlight of the restaurant and included at less sixteen options to choose from. The description of each item was written in Chinese characters only but it was relatively easy to identify the foods offered. As Hunan Province is famed for its spicy cuisine, Enjoy Vegan also prepares food according to this history and custom. As I cannot tolerate spicy foods well, our host was kind enough to ask the kitchen to prepare a fried rice noodle dish without any spicing. It was delicious and nicely flavoured. My only critique was that the dish was a little on the oily side. But this is a minor complaint relative to the over depth of choices and the overall quality of the food.
While the staff are extremely friendly, we did not find any anyone who had any English language skills. This should not be an issue for English language speakers only since you will not need to decipher a menu to place a verbal order for food. Since we were hosted by our Zhuzhou based friends, they paid for the meal and we didn't find out the actual price per person but I am guessing that it would have been average for a meal in this part of the world. Since it is an all you would choose to eat concept, this place represents very good value and serve as a relaxing place for vegans. We enjoyed meals there on two consecutive days and the place was bustling.
The restaurant is relatively easy to find. The 5 story building also houses a 24 hour fitness center (Liking) and the photos show the exterior of the building. Google maps doesn't seem to portray an accurate layout of the streets but the restaurant is very short distance from the Shennong Tower - the most iconic building in that part of town.
If your travels take you to Zhuzhou, you will find this to be a lovely vegan oasis.
