Enjoy Vegan

Il posto è piccolo ma ben curato nei dettagli, un posto friendly, con una piccola sala interna dove troviamo un cd per poter gestire da soli l'atmosfera. Abbiamo scelto l'offerta del menu a 11 euro che comprendeva un primo, un secondo e la scelta tra un dolce o il succo fatto da loro. E' stata una gran bella sorpresa. Tutto incredibilimente buono, dal risotto, alla crepe, alla milanese di seitan e il veganburger. Noi abbiamo scelto due torte diverse per provarle. Consiglio quella al cioccolato, ma anche quella alle mele e cannella.
Super coccolati dalle ragazze dietro al banco, siamo andati via pieni e soddisfatti. Ritorneremo sicuramente

No special food but everything is vegan and the owners are very friendly

This is a lovely chilled out place. Very casual dining. Basic vegan fayre, such as quiche, falafel, mousakka. A few nice beers and a good range of desserts. Lovely service.

First when we arrived in Barcelona we tried to go here to eat, but it was closed(they were inside cleaning, but the door was shut) even if their program said otherwise. We waited for half an hour and left. We returned a week later. It was crowded were you had to order and I couldn`t really see what they had, and the options were limited from what I could see. They didn`t have a menu so I ordered the first thing that I saw in the window. The food arrived late, we had nothing to drink and couldn`t order and finally the food wasn`t really as great as it should have been with all the trouble we got through to get to it. The staff was very nice though, but they had too many things to do at the same time so I don`t really blame them for anything.. I just wish it were a little easier to eat there. :)

The menu sounded great and while looking through it we got even more hungry. So we chose a lot of stuff to eat ;) but unfortunately, none of our choices could be cooked for us because they just didnt have the necessary supplements in storage. Thats sad cause we were very flexible and still had had problems finding anything of our choice that they have in storage.
Anyway, we finally found something and were satisfied :)

The staff there are quite lovely and kind, it was a very chill environment. There are very minimal places to sit but it doesn't seem to fill up much. The food came quickly and it was quite nice but the portion sizes are a little small. I wouldn't recommend going there for a meal but for lunch or a little something it's great. I don't know how much prices for all the food was but the menu of the day was 11 euros which isn't TOO bad but as I say the portion sizes could have been a lil bigger. Regardless I felt happy to support a small business that are trying their best, give them a visit even if you just get some cake or something!

This place is cheaper than others nearby, but for the quality it is lacking. I'd love to see more gluten-free, less oil, and no microwave use.

Really tasty food, acceptable prices and good atmosphere. I could recommend it honestly for the lunch.

We had a really enjoyable lunch here! It's well-located in the city centre, and there is an inviting display of food. We had the daily menu of three courses for €11, and there were multiple choices for each course. Everything tasted delicious, but especially the cakes. We were very satisfied customers!

This is such a cool find, you can sit downstairs or by the path or take away. You have parc de la cuitadella close by. There are so many options for a great price and €11 for 2 plates.
The service I had was excellent, I knew what I wanted but the man showed me what was on offer, I did feel anxious that he thought I didn't like what was on offer but I was craving an empenada like no other.
The empenada was very big and advertised as €2.30 (roughly) on the menu but was €3 to take away. No real issue with that change but it would be nice to know before hand? Not a big deal or really a con.
I would recommend you bring change and notes because like all small businesses paying with large notes puts them in a difficult situation with change.
They have cakes as well if you have a sweet tooth.
Give this place a visit!!

Where to start. The service was extremly lacking. The food was heatet in a microwave. The portions were quite small. And the food in general did not taste of much and had a weird consistency.

I absolutely loved Enjoy vegan! I went there everyday for breakfast during my stay in Barcelona. The staff are so friendly and their English is quite good. They open at 11:30am from what I've experienced, contrary to what they say. The chocolate brownie is delicious, so is the banana and spinach bread ( a favorite so get there early before it's sold out), they have lots of options and prepare lasagnas, pies and other goods everyday. They have a great variety! I would definitely recommend going here!

Also erstmal stimmen die Öffnungszeiten hier nicht. Vor Ort stellt man fest das die um 12 Uhr immer noch nicht geöffnet haben obwohl an der Tür steht ab 11 Uhr geöffnet. Sehr kleines Restaurant mit recht viel Auswahl an essen. Ich hatte einen Veganen Dürüm. Geschmacklich war es ok bis auf den Rohen und nicht verarbeiteten Tofu. Keine Ahnung was das soll. Anscheinend essen die den Tofu so.. Und zwar überall! Dazu habe ich eine Zimtschnecke gegessen die ganz gut geschmeckt hat. Leider habe ich mich keine zwei Stunden später übergeben müssen. Ich hatte vorher nichts gegessen kann also ganz klar sagen das es an dem essen lag.

Buenisima Comida, muy bien cocinada esquisita de sabor en un sitio acoger donde fui con mi espsa un dia especial y nos dieron un trato muy bueno .

I came here for brunch. I had the tortilla (Spanish omelet) and it was excellent. Although Happy Cow and the website says 10, it only opened at 11:30 on Sunday - not sure what the hours are at other times.

"Enjoy Vegan" is a lovely, little breeze from Mediterranean gardens hidden in the midst of the city stone walls. The selection of dishes is wide, quality excellent and prices appropriate. In short, no matter, if you are vegan or not, you will enjoy it, I guarantee. Bon appetit!

I was instantly happy when I arrived here. The location is charming. The staff are friendly and very customer focused. The felafel and chocolate cake were great! I would highly recommend this for hungry travellers as I was.

Wandering around the wonderful Born area of Barcelona we stumbled across this place. Unfortunately having just eaten at the ultra amazing Rasoterra we only had room to buy some vegan cake. There is a serious abundance of fabulous food here. You can get a menu of the day for around €11 consisting of a starter or side salad with a main course, dessert and a drink. Excellent value for sure. The food is fresh and vibrant with super vegan choice e.g. seitan cutlets, tofu burgers, pasta and layered aubergine bake. They also do snacks such as bocadillos, pizzas, salads and soups. I know you're probably thinking it's all be done before, but this seriously better than that. They are doing things differently here and on more of a personal level. I'm hoping this place will be here for a long time to come and certainly on my next visit to the city. Don't expect romantic dining here. There are some nice high perches at the front overlooking the bustling street and there is plenty of seating inside at the rear. On a second visit in April 2016 we stopped off for some soup and a sweet banana crepe. Let's just say we'll be back for more!

I'm vegetarian but I really like vegan food. In Enjoyvegan we find a great amount of diferent vegan options. Great started and second plates... I eat for my first time the Vegan Donuts With chocolate and Vegan croissant with home made jam. Delicious! We spend just 11€ each one for 2 vegan plates and one desert...home made food and fresh! I really like it.

Nice staff, very tasty food. 3 course menu including two main courses and a dessert/freshly pressed juice for 10€.
They have no english menu but the staff was very helpful.
The food was tasty with fresh veggies.

Mio padre e' vegano e mi ha portato a mangiare carne vegetale, molto molto buona! il seitan alla milanesa sembra davvero carne. Una simpatica serata in compagnia, il ristorantino e' molto carino, bel ambiente famigliare. Siamo stati bene

Une place typique dans le Born, quartiers du vieux Barcelona ou se niche un petit restaurant vegan superbement delicieux et avec des prix tres doux a ne pas manquer!!
Entré, plats et desserts sont vraiment bons et le Service chaleureux.

I just love this place!! I go there on a regular basis, to have lunch 2 or 3 times during the weekly days. I adore the food, the prices are reasonable and the staff working there is really friendly!!! The restaurant is little but very cute, there's a nice feeling and energy inside, simply love it!! :)

El lugar es mínimo. Eso es: tres mesas en el interior, para máximo 8 personas separadas. Fuera, ya en la calle puedes comer en uno de los 4 tamburetes que hay. Tampoco caben más. Además tendrás que aguantara todo el mundo pasando por tu lado mientras comes.
El servicio es lento, de hecho un sábado con mucha gente al mediodía (sobretodo extrangeros) sólo había una dependienta y una cocinera. También paseaba un señor "ayudando" no sabes a qué hacer. Un jaleo.
Con eso, la comida tarda muchísimo, suerte que puedes coger las bebidas de la nevera tú mismo. Cuando llega, está bastante fría.
El menú de 10€ consiste en dos platos con poca cantidad y calidad bastante regular. Por menos de ese precio se come de lujo en el CatBar, Gopal o Veggie Garden (y en este último no comerás en una barra).
Los pasteles son generosos en tamaño aunque por casi 4€ la calidad no llega.
Después de ver las críticas me esperaba algo mejor, pero la próxima vez andaré un poco más para ir a otro sitio. No vale la pena.

Cozy but small place well situated in the middle of El Born.
The staff is very nice and the food if isn't surprising is good and varied, and the portions are generous, with moderate prizes.
The cakes are really good :3

GO VEGAN

I went here twice and the food was very nice. The portions didn't seem as small as other people say (for the 10 euro daily menu, I think it was fair). Food is healthy lacks a little salt, but you can ask for it and add it yourself.

He estado y me han gustado bastante los platos, buenos sabores, el problema es que es un poco caro. Por 10 euros entran dos platos + postre o bebida. Si pides lasaña hay un suplemento y si pides el tiramisú también. Y es lo mejor de las opciones! Porque el resto de postres son muy sencillos. Y teniendo en cuenta que el local es pequeño y más orientado al take away pues resulta un poco elevado el precio. He de decir que la lasaña estaba muy buena!

I have eaten here a few times and always really enjoy what I get, but have never had a satisfying portion. I paid 6€ for a small piece of vegan lasagna, for example, and 4€ (I think) for a (fantastic) piece of tiramisu. Enjoy Vegan is in a very rapidly gentrifying area, and kitty corner to a very posh bar for tourists and foreigners, which may explain the exorbitant prices. It's disappointing to shell out 6€ for a quick lunch and to continue to be ravenously hungry!

That said, the food is delicious - I've been fantasizing about the tiramisu for weeks - and the people who work there are very friendly and always say "ciao, bella", which is v endearing :)

The place is very rich of different options both for vegetarians and vegans.
Waitresses very kind and gentle.
Food was good and price fair.
Only remark for the room, which is really hot and has no windows so a bit claustrophobic. I must say though that they made it really cozy.

After becoming quite lost looking for a different vegan restaurant, I stumbled across Enjoy Vegan and decided to give it a try. The couple at the counter didn't speak a word of English, which is obviously fine because I don't expect them to and I speak Spanish anyway, but they still made sure my mother, who doesn't speak Spanish, got a full tour of the menu. After ordering, we made our way to the backroom, which was a mistake because it didn't have AC and the overall temperature exceeded 80 degrees. Nonetheless, the food was magnificent, as well as fairly priced.
My only other complaint is that they blasted very loud pro-marijuana music the entire time that we were there, which was distracting and I don't really like the assumed link between veganism and cannabis use. That may just be a niche opinion of mine, but I figured I'd include it anyway for anyone with a similar dislike.

Love this quirky little place! It's hidden on a plaza deep inside the Born and may take some effort to find. Lots of vegan options every day, including some amazing lasagna and other very appealing snacks for takeaway or to eat on one of the small tables inside. Note that there is more room in the back, which is kind of hard to see at first. Fun deserts, treats, and drinks. Friendly (if occasionally slightly aloof) staff, though they have to deal with a very small space which can sometimes get a bit chaotic... try going when there's not a bunch of people at the counter. I'd eat here every day if I lived in the neighborhood!

"Enjoy" is a small snack bar/restaurant (only 5 tables and a few standing seats) in the Sant Pere area (Born), with a 'family-run'-like atmosphere and good vibes.

Not all the food is vegan (a few vegetarian options), but they plan to be fully vegan soon.

The menu (9,20€) includes :
- 2 dishes, among a choice of 10 options or so, for example : spinach & tofu quiche, mushrooms & mozzarella, tofu lasagna, potato gratin...
- A side dish of raw vegetables (also ~10 options) + seeds + homemade sauces.
- 1 dessert : orange & coco cake, vegan cheesecake, rolls, etc.
Beverages are an extra.

Apart from the menu, there are also pizzas, soups & other snacks options.

Food is good & healthy, and above all fresh. It's not the most creative or tastiest of all veggie restaurants in Barcelona, but it's definitely worth going to, especially if you're looking for a take-away in the Born neighbourhood.
