Ok for 1 vegan meal in Sorrento

If we had half stars I would give it 3.5 . Good is good and you can veganize some dishes without any being exceptional.

There is no plant-based option anymore.

Try somewhere else if u want to eat vegan.

Refused veganizing

We went there because of the reviews and photos of vegan dishes. As I did not find vegan dishes on the menu, especially not those mentioned by others, I asked for vegan options with reference to Happy Cow. The waiter/owner (?) said he does not offer vegan dishes and there is no possibility to veganize anything. He sounded annoyed, and we left…

Pros: Outdoor seating

Cons: No vegan options on the menu, Refused vegan dishes on request

Little gem, with vegan options

We found this little restaurant by accident and returned 4 times for dinner. Lovely clean, modern decor. Family run by Larissa, her husband and brother in law. They could not have been more accommodating. I am vegan and was struggling to find other restaurants offering anything but bruschetta, pizza marinara and spaghetti pomodoro. They had a walnut, porcini tagliatelle on the menu, that contained cream, but made me one without, which was amazing. They then thought up other dishes for me and other vegans. All their food is made freshly to order, no frozen sauces like many other restaurants. Other meals they made were lemon spaghetti, spaghetti puttanesca, spaghetti pomodoro but with tomato sauce and penne al’amatriciana. My husband also loved the food, enjoying carbonara, pizza, tiramisu, lemon cake and strawberry tart. An absolute gem. Would recommend anyone trying this place.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, ask if you don’t see any, Everything cooked fresh, Very reasonably priced

Cons: None at all

Great lunch stop in Sorrento

Stopped here just for a drink whilst my family was shopping. Lovely chilled 660ml bottle of Peroni and a cold glass. I looked at the menu and my family joined me, at first just for drinks (we weren't hungry) but we just had to try the bruschette. Mine (Vegan) was called Pompeii and topped with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil. Amazing! My girls (vegetarian) was called Sorrento and topped with chopped tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. Everything finished! We will be back to eat more.....there are at least 3 pasta dishes Vegan without needing to be adapted. The inside of the restaurant was spotlessly clean as was the toilet. The family are artists and have hand made ceramics and rag dolls you can buy. Well worth your support when in Sorrento! ❤️

Pros: Outside seating, Fair prices and great value, Very friendly service

Cons: None
