Serves meat, vegan options available. ENGINE SHINJUKU is a dedicated gluten-free and vegan-friendly Japanese ramen dining restaurant located right beside Hanazono Shrine and steps from Golden Gai. ENGINE's journey began in Kyoto when a father from the UK visited Japan with his daughter, who has severe celiac disease. Finding safe food for her was nearly impossible, prompting him to say, "I just wanted my family to eat together in Japan." This profound sentence became the foundation of ENGINE. This space was created so that travelers with diverse dietary needs, backgrounds, and beliefs could sit at the same table and share a beautiful moment. All food items can be made vegan, including authentic ramen and side dishes, as well as specially curated Japanese sake. All ramen dishes can also be prepared gluten-free. Open Mon-Sun 3:00pm-12:00am. Open daily. Last order at 11:15 pm.

Die besten Ramen

Wir waren Spätabends dort & wurden herzlich begrüßt. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und ist wirklich positiv hervorzuheben. Gespräch in Englisch ist problemlos möglich.
Die Ramen waren mit die Besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Es gibt auch eine wirklich große Auswahl an veganen Ramen und weiteren Gerichten. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass man explizit gefragt wird, ob man allergisch auf bestimmte Lebensmittel ist.
Kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Es lohnt sich wirklich!
