Serves meat, vegan options available. Eclectic and artistic atmosphere on the top floor of the American Visionary Arts Museum. Lunch prices are moderate, dinner more expensive.

Several Options, Fun Atmosphere - Edit
Encantada is located on the 3rd floor of the Museum of Visionary Arts building in downtown B'more. As a visitor here, I loved the eclectic, artsy and slightly wacky environment. There is a good variety of vegan food at the restaurant such as buffalo cauliflower 'wings' with a cool ranch dressing (everyone at the table loved these); a seitan sandwich, black bean soup, and a couple of salads that could easily be made vegan. Service was attentive, but nothing special. Prices are on the high side for lunch, but the atmosphere and location makes it worth it. Definitely stop in the funky museum gift shop after your lunch or dinner.
Pros: Fun location, Several menu options
Cons: a tad pricey

Lots of options!!! - Edit
I loved the dishes I had at Encantada. I didn't know they even existed until invited by a friend for brunch. The brunch menu was incredible. I have yet to go for dinner and am not sure how different the menu is. I would go back over and over. Some dishes are smaller portions. I found that 2 dishes was perfect. Not too pricey. Also, kind of hard to find. Have to go up the elevator and it is barely marked.
Pros: many options, delicious
Cons: hard to get to
