The vegan sushi joint the south so desperately needed - Edit
Healthy menu of rolls and appetizers. Had a great over all experience. Was creative and tasty vegan sushi. No corners cut. Highly recommended

The Vegan Dragon Roll was visually attractive. Taste-wise, it was decent and served warm. The tofu “crabmeat” had a good texture and appearance, and the eggplant “eel” was also warm with a slightly slippery texture. I liked that the pieces were larger than standard sushi. Next time, I’d probably order something served cold instead.
The Veggie Spring Roll was excellent (four deep-fried vegetable spring rolls).

Great vegan menu - Edit
Tasty vegan rolls! Boss Roll & Death by Crunch were super tasty. Got it to go and the gross packaged wasabi was a disappointment for this price point. Definitely ask for real wasabi if doing takeout.
