Vegan Breakfast - Edit
we had breakfast at Emporium. They had vegan scramble, a concoction of tofu with mushrooms, onions and kale. It was very good. They can also make a vegan breakfast burrito. I haven't tried their lunch sandwiches. This is a decent place to have breakfast.
