Not really vegan friendly - Edit
I have to say the selection of teas is very wide and it’s good quality but thats it. I would come here just for the tea. Didn’t have sweet vegan options and when asked about the dish of the day being just vegetarian or also vegan, if it contained any milk or eggs, the waiter said it was vegetarian and probably contained them.

best place for a calming tea - Edit
Best terrace in Lisbon, with a little quiet garden in the back there is no better place to drink a lovely tea and the veggie/vegan options at lunch are always very tasty and well executed (only one option per day, confirm in advance if it is actually vegan)
