We had them at a stand at the central market. So yummy. The rice and beans was a bit dry but the spinach was amazing.

This place is a Gem! Currently there are 3 vegan options plus a couple more vegetarian options and a variety of drinks. The outdoor space and absolutely beautiful! The owner is so nice and explained to me how she makes everything from scratch! As of 5/2021 they have been open for week and already have a smooth operation.
