cozy and cute - Edit
Emmylou Café is my favorite place in Copenhagen; no visit is complete without some relaxing time here! The vibes are really wholesome with great music (especially featuring the cafes namesake, First Aid Kit), and I love the cake too!

Such a nice little cafe - Edit
Really good grilled sandwich - when I read it was broccoli I was...confused, but it worked really well. Great cakes too, had 3 vegan options and the lemon cake was perfect. The description on here is misleading though, they don't do breakfast - just grilled sandwiches and cakes.

Cute vibes - Edit
Came in for a light meal and americano. I got the roasted broccoli and beetroot hummus sandwich. It was tasty but I’m not sure what the hype is about for this place. They have some vegan sweet things but not much savory. The coffee was fine and it was a nice warm place to hang out.

Cozy! (No more words needed) - Edit
Searching for a small, cozy café to read, chat or have a delicious coffee? I can only recommend Emmylou! There are only a few tables in there but it's certainly worth going there. The staff was super firendly, the coffee (all organic) great and the atmosphere so cozy that we didn't want to leave at all. They also sell local (art) products and have a small but delicious looking assortment of cakes and deserts (not all vegan though).

I tried the Raspberry Cake and it was good, but the cream on top was too thick. But the coffee was awesome.

They have restrooms in the backyard, just ask for the keys. You can buy cute handmade ceramics there, which I liked a lot.
All in all a very nice place for a break during discovering Copenhagen.
