Not Geared Towards Vegans - Edit
I am really surprised this is on happy Cow as my husband went here to buy Honey last week. Local eggs and meats are the main items sold from what I can tell. Vendors are very friendly and knowledgeable so this is why I gave any stars.

Charming Neighborhood Farmer's Market - Edit
Emmaus holds one of the best farmer's markets in the entire Lehigh Valley. With a charming small-town American feel and various interesting vendors, Emmaus elevates its market into something exceptional.
Read moreThe market is nestled in the triangle: the center of the town's commercial district. There is live music, a quaint fountain, and the occasional passing train. Surrounding businesses are also open for a quick coffee at Baked before or during the market or lunch at the vegan-friendly Swadee Thai House (get their Thai coffee with coconut milk).
There is something for everyone at the market. Bread, vegetables, and specialty items all populate the many tents. My favorite is the Mushroom vendor, selling locally grown exotic mushrooms. Vegans will not have trouble finding something special to leave with. The vendors cycle, but I've found an all-vegan cupcake tent, various pastries, and many others
A truly special market with something for everyone. Check it out this weekend!
Pros: Location, Friendly Atmosphere
