A few vegan options - Edit
As soon as we entered this place we were greeted by super friendly staff who explained the vegan options. The houmous bagel is vegan but several other items on the menu can also be adapted to make them vegan. There were also two types of vegan cake.

We were disappointed in the cappuccino here, which was very weak. The Speculoos muffin was great though.

There is one vegan bagel. A tiny amount of hummus spread and very dry/hard bagel. The staff is super friendly and speaks good English.

Nice coffee bar in Lille’s city center. There are a few vegan pastries (I took the spéculos cookie, very tasty!) and it’s possible to ask for the vegetal milk of your choice for the drinks.

Mention spéciale pour les boissons chaudes, notamment le Chai Latte 😋😋😋
Brunch les dimanches à réserver absolument sinon toutes les places sont prises.
Ferme les lundis et mardis
Pros: Énormément d’options végétales , Personnel extrêmement sympathique , Goût fabuleux
Cons: Pas si cher mais pas d’entrée de prix non plus.

Nice, simple but tasty food - Edit
I first discovered this chain while in Iceland and I was excited to find one in France too. It was a great place to stop for breakfast in Lille. They have a nice vegan bagel and a very good vegan cookie (dark chocolate and peanut butter). I also had a fresh lemonade which is highly recommended trying.
