AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! - Edit
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Absolutely the WORST customer service & experience that I've ever experienced from bottom rung employee / volunteer all the way to the top and Founder Vivian Goldbloom. I've never been so disappointed and left speechless. I am good enough to Adopt my children but not an animal? What a joke! The entire experience left me flabbergasted. This is not the last they have heard from me. It is one thing to disappoint an adult but to let two children down Unbelievable! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! THE WORST! More of the story to come.
