Awesome Food! - Edit
Chef Harold Welch prepares awesome Caribbean food! The menu has clearly marked vegan options and you can even ask to have Chef Harold create for you a random vegan meal that he will prepare with the fresh ingredients he has on hand.

- Roasted Beet Salad with Candied Walnuts & Red Wine Vinaigrette
We were expecting a green salad, this just had the roasted beets. This was good too, just not what we were expecting.
- Curried Tempeh & Vegetable Stir Fry with Coconut Rice & Red Beans, & Avocado
(we also ordered extra Rice & Red Beans since we were sharing)
This was absolutely delicious! I described it to Chef Harold as a "party in my mouth" I LOVED the spice! It was a little hot for my wife, so she got some vegan bread to eat with it.
