Fresh and local - Edit
Elote is one of Tulsa's best places to eat as a vegan or vegetarian! They have lots of options, and staff is knowledgeable about what vegan means etc. My waitress gave us great service, and mentioned that the owner is a lifelong vegetarian, how cool! Jackfruit tacos are my fav there.

We have been looking for great vegan options while in the area. Their food is incredible! Full of flavor and unrecognizable as being a vegan dish. I would recommend to anyone :)

Best bet for vegan food in downtown Tulsa - Edit
Found this place by searching for "food" in google maps (maybe my phone knows I'm vegan?). What a find! Tons of vegan options, really good, non-traditional mexican food. Employees knowledgeable about vegan and were happy to recommend other places to eat too (which is how we found Chimera).
They also have Luchadores on Saturday nights which I wish we had been able to check out.
Pros: reasonably priced, delicious, friendly, knowledgeable employees
